Baking Instructions
You will need 2 sticks of butter, and a 9x13 pan.
Preheat the oven to 300° F. In a large glass bowl, melt 2 sticks of butter and allow to cool slightly. Add the packet of baking mix, and combine with a spoon or spatula until both elements are fully incorporated. Grease a 9x13 pan, and spread the mixture until it’s even. Prick the surface with a fork, then put into the oven for 35 minutes, checking it halfway through. The surface should not be brown when done. Cut the shortbread into squares while hot, then let it cool completely before removing the pieces. Bon Appetit!
